2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the website www.sy-teq.com and the purchase of products offered by Syteq Kft.

By visiting or purchasing from the website, the user (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Prices

Syteq Kft. offers car detailing chemicals and accessories for retail and business customers.

All prices shown on the website are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.

Syteq Kft. reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are final.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed exclusively through the website’s online system.

Payment methods available:

The order is confirmed by email after successful payment. The contract between Syteq Kft. and the Customer is concluded electronically once the confirmation email is sent.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Options and Costs

Domestic shipping (Hungary): Orders are delivered by a contracted courier service within 1–4 working days after dispatch.
International shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically between 3–10 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and courier rates.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Syteq Kft. is not liable for delays or costs resulting from customs procedures.

General Terms

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Syteq Kft. is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or for incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, re-delivery costs will be charged to the Customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

Consumers (natural persons purchasing for personal use) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the product is received.

To exercise this right, send an email to promotion@sy-teq.com stating your decision to withdraw.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The Customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods via the original payment method.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged in a way that prevents resale.

7. Warranty and Liability

Syteq Kft. guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects and conform to the product description.

If a product is defective, please contact promotion@sy-teq.com immediately with photos and a description of the issue.

Syteq Kft. is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or dilution of chemical products.

8. Data Protection

The handling of personal data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection laws.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, coupons, and discount codes are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

In case of disputes, the parties will seek amicable settlement; failing that, the Budapest Metropolitan Court (Fővárosi Törvényszék) has jurisdiction.
